Dove Diamonds offers free Australia Post Express Platinum shipping on every Australian order no matter the value. To make your purchasing experience with Dove Diamonds convenient and stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping for all Australian orders.
We are committed to delivery exceptional quality jewellery in the shortest time frame to our clients, delivery times may vary depending on the item your order and time of year. You are also welcome to visit our showrooms to pick up your order. Some orders will be shipped same day, otherwise it may take upto 21 days to be shipped. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
At Dove Diamonds, we understand some of our client wish to keep their order a secret for that special moment such as engagements, birthdays, anniversaries. If you wish to keep your order a secret, please contact us and we are happy to help.
FREE 30 DAYS RETURN
At Dove Diamonds, we offer a stress free complementary 30 day return on your order. If for any reason things don’t go to plan or you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. We take exceptional pride in all our jewellery pieces we manufacture and your feedback will be greatly appreciated on your return.
To be eligible for our 30 day return policy, the items you wish to return must be in its original, unworn condition and all original documents including valuations and certificates must also be returned.
The 30 day return or exchange period will begin from the sign on delivery date or the date the item was picked up from our showroom.

There are some exceptions to the Free 30 Days Return policy, please find them below:
  • Items which have been modified, engraved or resized for a personalised nature.
  • Special orders and custom made jewellery which are different designs to items from our website as these are a personalised items. Custom jewellery pieces is not covered, however, the certified diamond does fall within our 30 day return policy for an exchange or refund.
  • Multiple returns and exchanges is limited to two times in a twelve month period per customer.

Return Options and Instructions.
You will be able to visit one of our showrooms to discuss exchanging or returning your item. Please call us to make an appointment with one of our representatives
Please note that if you fail to return your diamond without the diamond grading certificate there will be a replacement fee of $250 (including GST).
If you wish to use your own shipping method, Dove Diamonds is not liable or take any responsibility for any loss or damage of your return items.
Processing your return
We will issue a full refund, exchange or credit within 7-10 business days. If you paid by credit card the refund will be credited back to the account you paid with Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Other forms of transfer payments will be refunded via the same payment method we were paid or by company cheque.

Free Resizing
Dove Diamonds offers all our valued clients one free ring resizing for the first 12 months from the date of purchase. To take advantage of our free resizing service, there are two options to choose from:

  • Otherwise, you can contact us to arrange your ring be posted back for resizing. It is important you know the correct new ring size as there is only one free ring resize for each purchase.
We aim to complete all ring resize requests within 7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: If the ring needs resizing more than 3 sizes larger or smaller, this may incur extra costs or the setting may need to be replaced altogether. We will inform you of any extra costs involved in resizing before our master jewellers begins working on your ring.
Rings which cannot be resized.
Dove Diamonds offer rings designs which cannot be resized. This will be clearly stated in the product description or communicated with you in our showroom.

FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY & CLEANING
Our master jewellers at Dove Diamonds strive to manufacture all our rings and fine jewellery to the highest industry standard workmanship. We take pride in listening to our clients needs and deliver to all our clients, quality hand manufactured fine jewellery pieces. We stand by all our manufactured jewellery therefore we offer a lifetime piece of mind warranty.
If for any reason you believe your ring or fine jewellery item may have a manufacturing defect, please contact us. One of our specialist will insect and assess the item.
If it is determined that the defect or damage has not been caused by our manufacturing process, we will notify you. We will also let you know if repair services are available at an additional cost.
Cleaning and Inspection.
To keep you beautiful jewellery piece from Dove Diamonds looking nice and clean, we offer a lifetime cleaning and inspection service. You can visit one of our showrooms for this free service. Please note, cleaning time periods can vary depending on the time of year, we aim to have your item completed within 7 days of drop off.

There are certain thing not covered by our warranty (but not limited to) which include:
  • Any unusual damage or trauma caused to the jewellery item.
  • Prongs (setting) damaged by accidental trauma.
  • Overtime wear and tear which can happen for gold as it is a soft metal.
